1/4 cup ice water
1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
sugar sub. to equal 1/3 cup sugar

place ice water in a small bowl,gradually add milk powder,beating at high speed of an electric mixer unil og peaks form.
gently fold in lemon juice and sugar substitute. cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
