mashed potatos, dirty rice, and navy beans??? those are 3 carbohydrate groups. You guys need to start mixing in more veggies and different colors;)

Pinto's in the slo-cooker 3 slices country ham sliced in then and a very large sweet Texas onion.
Slaw made and cornbread when the wife get home about 5:00.
Peach Yogert for dessert.

Fried Cajun Pork Cutlets with Mashed Taters Dirty Rice left over Navy Beans..Washed down with a Big Glass of Ice cold Milk...Dessert nwill be Vanilla Ice Cream with a melted Dark Chocolate Topping....After that a shot of Homemade Rye Wihskey and lay down like a Big Hog and ROOT. Happy Dining
