I just don;t know what to come up with for tonight yet. It may just be a bowl of corn flakes lol. Thats what Im feeling like at this time.

All the good food that people eat is the reason we see so many FAT people and kids. Doesn't anyone eat healthy anymore. Big meals every night plus the other 2 meals. I am trying to lose wt but having a hard time as I sit here and think of something to cook and eat. I am getting fat and it is all your fault.

Ham Steaks marinating in Mojo sauce now ,headed for the grill later,grilled pineapple rings and baked sweet potatos with cinnimon butter.
A salad with homemade basamlic vinegar ,olive oil vinegrette.
Hot Coffee for dessert.

Well for lunch I am fixing meatloaf with some boiled potatoes and green beans. Then going out with some friends for supper for my friends birthday to sagebrush so i will probablly go light and get a salad or grilled chicken. Cant break my diet I have lost 19 pounds so far since January 1st.
