Thanks stress. SOunds like a plan. I knew I bought that thing a my bob for something. I love it and I package stuff for my kids when they are home on leave to take back with them to Ft Benning. It is awesome.

Ona- I always buy whole Pork loins when they are on sale and cyt them the thickness I want them then vacum pack them..It is alot cheaper than buying chops.
