I am fixing Italian herb roasted chicken with mushrooms and diced tomatoes, putting it on top of spaghetti noodles and then a side salad and garlic bread. Its been in the crockpot since early this morning and my house sure does smell good right now. Cant wait to eat it.

Todays supper sounds so good!! All but the collards. I know im not normal, but like with pintos I have tried them I just don;t like them.

I am thinking about maybe lentil soup and some crusty rolls. That is subject to change until about 1:30, though! 
What I would REALLY love to have for dinner is Dewey's Mauy Thai Chicken, at 2 stars! Hubby likes it 3-4 stars (Stars = degree of 'hotness' of the food!)

I'd love to have a nice, juicy ribeye with mushrooms, a baked-potato oozing in melted butter, and a Caesar Salad.
What's more likely is frozen pizza, or soup and grilled-chese sandwiches. That's good, too!
Speaking of soup, I'm really craving French Onion soup, like what they serve at Peppers in Boone!
