just got done making some guacamole. i love tha stuff so much. not sure what is for dinner but it will have guacamole in it, on it, dipped or some form of delivery service to the mouth.
this afternoon i am going to try my first jelly roll cake. i have some strawberry preserves i want to use up and think it just might be the way to go.

Candy I can't believe you have a child that is 18, you look so young. I hope i look as young as you in 5 years when my thirteen year old turns 18. BTY happy birthday to your baby.

Charmed whoa - I leave for a few minutes and I am paying for dinner? HAH!
I will be sure and tell my baby happy birthday from her aunt charmed! I think I am more excited than she is!
Melody thank you for wishing my little girl a happy birthday - tell your mama happy birthday as well. Moms are so precious and whether or not she wants a special day - you know she will enjoy it! Spoil her rotten Melody! Sounds like you are a wonderful daughter!!

Candy-first off HAPPY BIRTHDAY to your baby....now for the answer to your ?, no my mom's birthday isn't until Easter Sunday, but I have to work the whole weekend so I have to celebrate it early. She says she's to old to have a special day, but in my opinion she doesn't get enough "special days" so she will be spoiled tomorrow.
