MY LORD STRESS. MY GRANNY DIED TWENTY FIVE YEARS AGO. I DIDN'T REALIZE PEOPLE STILL ATE ON THAT TIME SCHEDULE. MY GRANNY WOULD HAVE LOVED YOU!!!! BUT WHO COULD SLEEP WITH THE SMELL OF HAM OR SAUSAGE FRYING AND BISCUITS BAKING. AND A HUGE SKILLET OF HOMEMADE GRAVY. AND COFFEE BREWING.

MAN I GOT TO GO. MY BELLY IS GOING TO EAT MY BIG GUT AND MY TONGUE IS GOING TO BEAT MY BRIANS OUT THINKING ABOUT ONE OF GRANNYS WONDERFUL BREAKFAST.

I will. I don't have it with me right now, but I'll shoot it to you later! As I recall, it's cheddar cheese, pimentos, paprika, dry yellow mustard, scallions, black pepper....I'll get the exact amounts to you.

Oh, and I recommend getting a good aged cheddar cheese. Not Kraft.

I'm going to make, for the first time, homemade pimento cheese. We'll have toasted pimento cheese sandwiches with tomato soup.
