Breakfast for supper at my house - bacon eggs biscuits and maybe some gravy, too! I know...my arteries are cringing already but I don't cook breakfast often.

Before dawn this morning, I made 3 spaghetti pies...one for today's dinner, one for the freezer, and one for my neighbor. Can't wait to "chow down."

LEFTOVERS from last nights restaurants meal. Moi, veal picata, love capers. The little lady, is that too sexist?, scalops, shrimp, over pasta with a garlic sauce. Of course we will make a salad.

What's up with those two earlier responders. Don't wanna take this thread politocal, but that was outta bounds!

Jess, that is some great comfort food! Another good comfort food is potato soup. I make mine with chicken broth, onions, potatoes, and when it is done, I add a pint of cream and some corn starch to thicken it. YUM!!!

For supper tonight, I will make curried garbanzo beans and Jasmine rice. Sometimes I like to make a vegetarian meal, but not often!

I think I use the one that's in the red and white checked Better Homes and Garndens cookbook :)

I brown about a pound and a half of hamburger with a whole onion (chopped), add salt and pepper, add a can of kitchen cut green beans, add a can of tomato soup (or sometimes a can of Manwich sauce-stuff). Poor all that in a 13x9 pan and top it with some shredded cheddar. Spoon a layer of mashed potatoes on top and top those with more cheese (I'm a big fan of cheese). Bake it till bubbly and the cheese is melted...
