Im with STM we are having some NY Strips, squash, potatoes and bread...maybe something for dessert as well...what a beautiful day its going to be.

Tonight's menu will feature: rib-eye steaks hot off the grill, baked potatoes w/ sour cream and butter, fresh tossed spinach salad, strawberry shortcake for dessert and sweet tea.

There will be no cooking at our house today. We are going to visit some family...I hope everyone has a nice peaceful weekend..Spring is almost here time to clean the grill ans check it out.Happy cooking folks.

Well, I had planned on a bowl of jambalya left over from last night, but a sweet friend called to tell me she had made me a gallon of her out-of-this-world vegetable beef soup.
Campbell's ain't got nothing on Cathy's soup!

We had chilibake. I put some cornbread mixed up on the bottom of a cake pan and then topped it with refried beans, peppers, chili and cheese. YUMMY! My hubby even gave me compliments on this one.
