Thats how I make mine to I put just a little bit of flour with them and roll them up like hambugers and fry them. I love them

Cubed steak sounds good. Hope75 I may make my tator cakes diffrent but I use my left over mashed potatoes and some onions and salt and pepper and shape them up and fry them. I have had them a little different before at my mother in laws, they were good too though.

I don't know what tator pancakes are...?? Sorry, this whole southern cooking thing is new to me :)
My kids won't eat meatloaf either, which I don't understand, since that was a once-a-week food when I was growing up!!
My comfort food...pot roast, cubed steak, hamburger pie...

tator pancakes, thats something my kids will love, Well I'm having tator pancakes for sure. My kids wont do meatloaf so anymore ideas?

Got the grill ready for Spring , and steaks were on sale..Fillet Mignon and New York Strips with Baked Tater-Tossed Saladpand some coonyrice....What yall having???

Stress, I don't mind low /no pay as long as you feed me. 
I didn't have to fix the steak supper, I was a guest at a fundraiser at a local Bab-dist church.
