 Fresh trout, stuffed with sliced onion, a splash of lemon juice, a dash of pepper, dill, and some real butter. Wrap it up in foil and bake for 25 mins or put on the grill. If you have fresh asparagus stuff that in too and x the dill.

well, ya take good briket, ist cut, cook it for three hours with apple juice, then when it's nice and fallin apart, grill it with a homade bbq sauce....it's "to die for"
