What're some of the best cheap meals you've came up with?

Fix some taters, preferably baked. When done take the peeling off and cut them up in your plate. Fix some peppered gravy mix and pour the gravy over the taters....Yum-m-my! You might want to slice some tomato or onion on the side but it is a plenty!

I like Hamburger Helper, but the sodium levels are too high for me.

I fix the Southern Goulash or a big pot of homemade soup and they both last for several meals. Cheap, good and filling.

There is not much meat on a cats head. The rump and tendrlon is a little small but tasty.

One quart of creek water, three large rocks with green algey on them, three leaves of what is green in the area. Makes a wonder full pot of soup.
