Proper in Boone makes a pimento, fried meatloaf sandwich with bacon. I don't care for meatloaf it it was a tasty sammich.

Ok Check this out. First you make a Velveeta sauce with the peppers in it. Then you treat both buns like a cheese melt. Use texas toast. Then I use pepper jack then a slice of sharp cheddar.
One time while drunk I used Texas toast garlic bread some people loved it
