I'm with you Heps. I was at an event a few years back and was served chocolate wine. Yuck! I found it to be like if you mixed boones farm with a yahoo.

We never had chocolate gravy.
I like chocolate and I like gravy. Not together!
I like wine, but not chocolate wine.

Everything my mom cooked was great but her Fried Chicken was the best! She passed away almost 20 years ago but I still miss those wonderful Sunday lunches.

Yeah, i thought my mother made the best stuffin in the world an her potatoesalad was delish ...makes me think of the holidays again growing up watching her in the kitchen cooking ,we always had a table full of food and a house filled with family .

My mother was perhaps the world's worst cook.....but my Father made the most wonderful popovers and blueberry muffins on Sunday mornings. 20+ years and I still miss him.
