Roast in the crock pot simmering in liquid of coffee, chili power, mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt pepper and liquid smoke - gonna make gravy out of liquid - mashed potatoes, green beans, and coconut pie for dessert.

Grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, and mac n cheese. Dude Cake (Blueberry Crunch Cake) for dessert.

stuffed portabello mushroom with a greek salad, garlic bread.
nice and light
tasted great and the mushrooms were huge. i have another for lunch tomorrow

I have some chicken breasts marinating in the fridge. One in Heinz 57 for me, and barbaque sauce for my sweetheart. With it I'm planning on cooking some corn and mac n' cheese. I think we still have some leftover cheesy garlic bread we can use too. Gotta make a fresh batch of sweet tea too. Yumm, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

a huge pot of chili. gonna serve it on rice and some garlic bread on the side
plenty of leftovers for the freezer as well

i went to sams club yesterday for some bulk buys i needed to make.
i bought some lobster ravioli. made some alfredo sauce .... it was excellent
