Lizgoodman81 or any one I would like your recipe for meatloaf in the crock pot, please. Every time I make it in the crock pot it is too too too soupy, not at all like meatloaf. Thanks

Tonight was going to be steak, potatoes, mushrooms, and onions - plus frozen broccoli. But then I opened the dishwasher and realized that I loaded it, put the soap in, and plugged it up - but didn't turn it on. Whoops. So I was so exhausted I didn't want to make more dishes when the dishwasher is already packed, and I had leftover pot roast.
Tomorrow I am going to make meatloaf in the crock pot, so it will be waiting for me when I come home from work. I love the crock pot.

WE had Melt in your mouth Chicken Pie, Slaw, Lima Beans, Oven baked little potatoes w/parsley, fired okra and yeast rolls. It was so good!!! Didn't want dessert.
