What do you like on your salad?

I make my own at home. I like fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, boiled eggs chopped, pickled beets, 3 bean salad, green beans, grated cheese and sweet vadallia dressing, lots of pepper! Some places when I get one out at a restaurant the salad does not have much taste at all.
