Before you eat, drink a glass of water to help fill up your stomach. This really works. Not really a recipe but a strategy.

Jello-Pie
1sugar free jello any kind you like
1 sugar free cool whip
1 can of fruit (to match the jello)
mix all the above and place in a sugar free graham cracker crust and Freeze
I like cherry, orange, and pineapple
