put all kinds of thing in my rice - carrots, peas, tomatoes, onion, corn, green beans, potatoes! I love frying my rice, add chicken broth, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, then after it is done, I add a can of veg all and let it steam with the rice! Soooo good.

set a bowl of onions off to the side and let everyone decide if they want to take them or not
