Try pouring cornbread batter over the top of that Casserole instead of the crackers.

Here you go. Enjoy....


2 cans (16 oz.)Veg-All
1 sm. can Water Chestnuts
1/2 c. chopped Onion
1c. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 c. Mayo
1/2 stick butter
Ritz Crackers

Mix Veg-All, chestnuts, onion, cheese and mayo together until well blended. Pour into 2 qt. casserole dish. Mix Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over vegetabke mixture. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.

I made a vegetable casserole using a large can of mixed veg water chestnuts etc. now I can't find it does anyone have a recipe like this
