This is good only I put a finely chopped onion in it as well, my husband can make a meal of this alone.

I found a new way to fix canned mixed vegatables: Drain mixed veggies, chop up real fine, I use a mini food chopper, mix veggies with 1 egg and 2 tablespoons flour,salt and pepper and drop in hot oil until brown. Serve with Ranch dressing. Simple and good.
