My family loves this version.

Vegetable Casserole

1 can Veg-all (drained)
1 can french cut greenbeans (drained)
1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
1 can water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (can use 2)
Mix all together and spread in large casserole dish
(if using 1 can of soup - add a little milk)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Spread over veggies

1 roll ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick margarine (melted)
Spread ritz over veggie mixture and pour butter over all.

Bake at 350 degrees until bubbles through (20-30 minutes)

My mom makes this version:

2 cans veg all
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Sprinkle crushed wheat thins on top
Bake

I use frozen mixed vegetables instead of canned when I make this dish, and I add chopped onion and minced celery. It takes a little bit longer to bake when using frozen veggies, but I like the texture of the veggies better than using canned.

This is great 4 Thanksgiving. Instead of so many veggies sitting around the table. This dish has it all in one. (potatoes,corn,green beans)

1 lrg can veg-all
1 can crm of mushroom soup
(you can use other cream soups)
1/2 cup of mayonnaise

Drain Veg-all. Mix ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into a baking dish.

Sprinkle 1 c. of shredded cheese on top.

Mix topping:
1 stick margarine(melted)
1 tube of Ritz crackers

Pour over cheese. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Very good dish!
