Dressing 1 large bag Cornbread or Herbed stuffing mix 2 stalks celery chopped fine.More if you like Giblets cooked and chopped (optional)Yunmmmy 1 Onion chopped fine , More if you like 1/2 Stick butter
*I add 1 Tbs Red pepper flakes Chicken broth ,,Maybe 16 oz Lg can mushrooms ,drained 1 Tsp pepper flakes if you like hot Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in the butter Mix all together add broth a little at the time. Stir gently till well moistened. For a dryer dressing use less broth ,for a moist use more. When it is mixed put in a greased 9x13 dish and bake at 375º till golden brown Giblet Turkey Gravy
Turkey giblets 3 cups water 1/2 cup flour
Take the giblets (neck, gizzard, heart, liver) and rinse under cold water. Place in a saucepan with 3 cups water. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a mild simmer. Simmer for one hour. After an hour, turn off heat. Leave covered until ready for use. Make gravy in pan in which turkey was roasted.
Begin by skimming off fat, being sure to save sediments and broth to be set aside. Reserve 1/2 cup fat. Remove giblets from saucepan and discard.
Return reserved fat to roasting pan. Measure drippings and enough broth from giblets to make 6 cups and set aside. Place roasting pan with fat over medium heat and blend in flour, stirring and cooking until bubbly. Stirring all the while, Add measured broth and drippings to mixture in roasting pan and cook, stirring all the while, until thickened,.
Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

Apps I have only made them once...another family member usually makes them, but I think I used the large bag and used the one with herbs. It'd probably be good with either. The reason I think it used the large bag is that it makes several big balls. (angrykid's gonna love me saying that lol)
Come angrykid...you can make them big balls.
Let me know how that cranberry turns out if you make it. I'm thinking about trying to make it too.

Well I guess there are such recipes! I found these and the second one sounds like one I would like to try. I always figured these recipes called for fresh cranberries or frozen.
Cranberry Sauce
1 can (20oz) Dole Crushed pineapple, in juice 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELLO raspberry Flavor Gelatin 1 Can (16oz) whole berry cranberry sauce 2/3 cup chopped Walnut pieces 1 apple, chopped
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to measure 2-1/2 cups; pour into saucepan. Bring to boil. Pour over gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, walnuts and apple. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups. (or one large mold). Refrigerated 21/2 hours or until firm.
Cranberry Salad
1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce, 1 can pineapple (chunks or tidbits), 1 lg. container of cool whip, & 1/2 cup chopped nuts (opt.). Mix all ingredients in a large bowl & refrigerate. You can also make it ahead of time and freeze, then thaw when you need it.

This may not be what you are looking because these are fixed outside the turkey and not stuffed inside but they are really good.
Dressing Balls
1 bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
1 stick butter
1egg
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans cream chicken soup
Melt margarine in pan and saute onion and celery. In a large bowl add stuffing, egg and one can of broth. Add cooked celery and onion. Mix well and form into balls about the size of a tennis ball. In a saucepan mix one can of broth and soup. Cook on medium until heated. Add balls to a baking dish sprayed with Pam. Pour soup mixture over balls and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Were you serious about the cranberry sauce from a can? I've never heard of a canned cranberry sauce recipe using canned cranberry. That'd be my kind of recipe though since I love canned cranberry.
