If you dont want to mix other things in the crock pot with the turkey breast, just thaw it out, salt and butter it down really good and throw it in the crock pot on high for 6 - 8 hours or so. its so tender it will fall off the bone. cooks in its own juices, dont need any other liquid unless you prefer.
or if you want to cook it the night before just put it in crock pot the night before, turn it on low and let it cook all night

It's going to be moist and fall apart. Sounds great to me.

Daddy P ,You can use the whole breast and put other stuff around it. The same with the stuffing recipe Turkey and Broccoli Casserole 8 ounces mushrooms 2 tablespoons butter 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup 1/3 cup mayonnaise 3 tablespoons milk 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 4 cups diced cooked turkey 16 ounces frozen cut broccoli 1 cup shredded American cheese 1/4 cup toasted almonds, optional Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray or lightly grease with butter. In a skillet over medium low heat, saute; sliced mushrooms in butter until tender. In crockpot, combine mushrooms, soup, mayonnaise, milk, mustard, and pepper. Stir in diced turkey and broccoli. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 5 hours. Stir in cheese; cover and cook 30 minutes longer. Sprinkle with toasted almonds, if desired, just before serving.
Stuffing 1 cup butter 2 cup chopped onion 2 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup parsley sprigs 2 8 ounce cans mushrooms 12 cups bread cubes, day old 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning 2 eggs, well beaten 1 1/2 teaspoon sage 1 teaspoon thyme 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 3 1/2 cup chicken or turkey broth Melt butter in a skillet and sauté onion, celery, parsley, and mushrooms. Pour over bread cubes in a very large mixing bowl. Add all seasonings and toss well. Pour in enough broth to moisten. Add eggs and mix well. Pack lightly into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low and cook for 6-8 hours. Serves 12.

I want to buy one of those boneless turkey breasts and try to cook it in a crockpot. Any tips or recipes from people who have actually done this? What about a cajun breast? I looked at some recipes online, but I would like some that have actually been tried by you posters.
