Bushman, I tried this Sunday evening and it was GREAT!! Thanks brother for this recipe!

Cheese Steak Salad
1 pound lean ground beef
1 small head iceberg lettuce, cored and roughly chopped
1 large green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup ranch croutons
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 tomato sliced ,(on the side)
In a large skillet, brown ground beef,leave a little chuncky
Drain beef andplace on paper towel to soak up grease.
Meanwhile, toss together lettuce, peppers, onions, cheese and croutons in a large bowl.
Stir in hot ground beef and ranch dressing. Serve immediately.
