EASY ROUND STEAK & GRAVY
2 lb. round steak 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1/2 c. water
Cut up round steak and put all ingredients in crock pot. Simmer low all day. Serve with mashed potatoes.

PEPPER ROUND STEAK
1 lb of round steak 1 sweet onion 1 green pepper 2 cans diced tomatoes salt and pepper, to taste
Combine steak, chopped onion and chopped green pepper, cans of tomatoes and salt and pepper in a CrockPot. Cook on low settomg for 8 or 9 hours. Add a few tablespoons of flour mixed with an equal amount of milk or water; mix and stir in to make a thick gravy one hour before end of cooking time.
Serve with mashed potatoes!

Sirloin Steaks & garlic butter 1/2 cup butter 2 teaspoons garlic powder 4 cloves garlic, minced 4 pounds beef top sirloin steaks salt and pepper to taste
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat with garlic powder and minced garlic. Set aside. Sprinkle both sides of each steak with salt and pepper. Grill steaks 4 to 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. When done, transfer to warmed plates. Brush tops liberally with garlic butter, and allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
Steak Strips and Marinade 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing 2 teaspoons garlic pepper seasoning 1 cup barbeque sauce ~~Your choice 2 pounds beef sirloin strips In a medium bowl, mix the Worcestershire sauce, Italian-style salad dressing, garlic pepper seasoning, and barbeque sauce. Place the meat in the marinade, and turn to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat grill for high heat. Brush grill lightly with oil to prevent sticking. Place steaks on the grill, and discard marinade. Grill steaks 10 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
