***CLOVES*** not gloves

Homemade Marinara sauce is so good I love it with Toast and cheese.

I diced three medium size tomatoes, one green pepper, and three gloves of garlic and put it in a pot with just enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the pot. When it came to a small boil I added salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, oregano,and basil leaves and let the tomatoes cook down. It is so good poured over baked chicken.
