I'd be real careful with chicken, as a crockpot cooks things so slow and bacteria can remain.....pork, or beef would be a better choice in my opinion.

I use the Heck OUTTA mine. My friend brought the same meal to a football party...he crock blocked me!

corn beef & cabbage with diced potatoes, yummy. slow cook all day on low for really tender cabbage.
add teabags to a roast to tenderize it. just remember to remove them before eating

Quack... 1 pack of brown gravy mix, 1 10oz can of cream of mushroom soup, and a little water. I start with half a soup can water and add more if needed. Cube steak and some onion are the other ingredients.

Don't cook dry kidney beans in a crock pot . They will poison you.
