MARINATED TURKEY TENDERLOINS


1 lb. fresh turkey breast tenderloins
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lemon, thinly sliced or 1/3-1/2 c. lemon concentrate
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder


Place turkey in glass pan or a heavy plastic bag. Blend other ingredients and pour over turkey. Refrigerate 2-24 hours, turning occasionally. Broil turkey 5 inches from heat or grill.

Broil small tenderloins (4 to a pound) approximately 10 minutes turning once; broil large tenderloins (2 to a pound) approximately 20 minutes turning once, or until juices run clear. Makes 2-4 servings.

GRILLED CAJUN TURKEY TENDERLOIN


1 pkg. boneless fresh turkey breast tenderloins
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper


In small bowl combine all ingredients except turkey breast tenderloins. Spray turkey lightly with Pam. Coat evenly with spice mixture.

Prepare grill. Place aluminum foil drip pan in center of grill with hot coals around it, fill with 1/2" water.

Place turkey on grill 4 to 6 inches from coals, directly over drip pan. Cover grill with lid. Grill 20 minutes. Turn and cover. Grill 15 to 25 minutes more or until turkey is no longer pink in center. 5 servings.

crock pot it. i usually cook my turkey breast in the crock pot. falls right off the bone and isnt as dry.

Recipes needed for a turkey tenderlion.I have one I need to cook and have no ideal how i want to do it. Please does anyone have ideals ?
