Yep it's pretty Obvious as to who makes it being it's on the can and most likely has been since um 1897, but there is a difference, slight difference in taste and ingredients. Just not the same or it isn't to me anyways.

I prefer Kraft.
Although, I've not tried Blue Plate and would take anything Smalltownman said to the bank.

OH Guitar, Duke's is made and marketed by the C. F. Sauer Company, Richmond, VA but I think the factory that supplies this part of the world is in Mauldin, SC and Food Li'n used to carry Sauer's.

Personally, I like Duke's but for the bucks, Sauer's isn't all bad besides it's been around since 1897 about a 100 years after I was born.
