It's also really good to fry a few pieces of bacon and add the grease. Then crumble the bacon on the salad!

Maple Vinegarette Dressing
5 TBS. olive oil
2 TBS.apple cider vinegar
1 TBS. Maple Syrup
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 pinch dry dill
salt and pepper to taste
put all ingredients in a glass jar with a lid. Shake well before serving.
