Speaking of chicken salad, I love the cs that Lowe's Foods makes...anyone know the secret to that one?

I've never had Talia's chicken salad, but here's how I make mine. And I do everything to taste, no measuring. Dice cooked chicken breasts (cook your own, don't use canned), celery, Craisins, sunflower seeds, mayo, s&p. Yummy!

Cooked & shredded chicken (use buillon cubes or poultry seasoning when boiling the chicken), light or fat free mayo (reduced fat duke's is best--do not use miracle whip), fat free sour cream (use more of that than the mayo), chopped celery, red grapes, pecans...fantastic!

IF YOU WANT GOOD HOMEMADE CHICKEN SALAD, YOU NEED TO TRY THE CAFE ON MAIN ST WILKESBORO. (50'S) THEIR CHICKEN SALAD IS TO DIE FOR. AND IT IS MADE FRESH AND IS THE LUNCH SPECIAL EVERY FRIDAY.

Try the deli at Lowe's Food. Get the homemade chicken salad with grapes. After eating both, I almost thing Talia gets theirs at Lowe's.
