TACO SOUP
1 lbv to 11/2 lb of ground chuck
1 pkg of hidden valley ranch dressing
1 pkg of dry taco seasoning
1 16 oz can of corn
2 16 oz cans of black beans
1 16 oz can of mild chili beans
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
1/2 to 1 box of velvetta cheese (depending on how much you want to use)
1 cup of water
Brown ground beef or ground chuck; drain the grease and then mix in the hidden valley ranch dressing and taco seasoning. Slowly add the corn, beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and water in a pot. Bring it to a boil and then cut up small chunks of the velvetta cheese and drop into pot. Let the taco soup simmer for about 30 minutes. It is now ready to serve.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle the top with some mexican cheese and eat with tortilla chips or crackers. Very good on a cold day!

I am looking for a good taco soup recipe. My husband loves it. Would prefer one that is not too hot, just a little. Please share if you have one. Thanks.
