Well here is what I do.

1 pound ground beef
1 onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 cans red kidney beans, undrained
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can corn
bag Fritos
shredded cheddar or mexican cheese

Fry the beef, chop the onion, add the onion to the beef in the skillet. When beef is nice and brown, add the envelope of taco seasoning. In crockpot, add the beef mix, kidney beans, tom sauce, and corn. Cook on high for a few hours, you'll know when it is done.

Scoop the taco soup into bowls over top of fritos and add butt loads of cheese!

I am making this tonight...here is my recipe

1- 1/2 lbs ground beef, browned with chopped onion in a large soup pot.
Add an envelope of taco seasoning mix and stir.

Add cans of the following (undrained):
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis and onions
1 sm call diced green chilis
1 can corn

Let simmer for 30 minutes or longer...top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa. Serve with corn chips.



I'm sure you could add black beans or other things...hard to go wrong!

Help my daughter is wanting me to fix taco soup and I can't remember how to make it. I have leftover taco meat and I know I use black beans and corn but that is all I can remember. Can anyone help? Thanks
