1 pkg Kraft Deluxe Mac & Cheese Dinner
1 lb ground beef ( I use deer meat)
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup sour cream
11/2 cups shredded chedder cheese divided
1 cup salsa

Preheat oven to 400. Prepare mac & cheese as directed. While macaroni is cooking brown meat and drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Put sour cream into mac & cheese and mix well. Spoon half of Mac & cheese& sour cream mixture into 8 inch square pan. Add 1 layer of beef or Deer. Add 1 cup of shredded cheese. Add rest of Mac & cheese mixture. Add rest of beef or deer meat. Bake 15 minutes.
Top with salsa and remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes uncovered or until cheese is melted.

For extra crunch you can add crushed tortilla chips with the salsa.
