I just made the best sugar cookies. Mix 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup shortening and 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring. Gradually add 2 cups self rising flour. Use about a rounded tablespoon to make small balls. Flatten outon cookie sheet 1 inch apart and bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.

I'm looking for an easy,simple yet good sugar cookie recipe or chocolate chip.
