I just found this when someone mentioned the 2 ingredient fudge. I guess it is exactly what I am talking about with this strawberry fudge. It says it is foolproof. LOL! I must be a nut because I messed it up. I put the chips in a microwave for 90 seconds and when I went to get them out they were brown on the bottom and crumbly. Like I said in my first post it was a mess. I am going to buy another bag of chips and micro for 30 seconds and stil and then 30 more and stir just like River said.
2 Ingredient Fudge1 bag chips (your choice)1 can cake frosting (your choice)Place chips in a micro waveable dish, spreadthe chips over the bottom of the dish andcook for 90 seconds. Then put the whole canof frosting on top of the chips in the dish andcook that for 90 seconds. The frosting will bemelted. Now stir it real well to mix and pourinto a foil lined 8X8 inch pan. Butter the foil.Place in refrigerator to firm, then cut into pieces, and enjoy. This recipe is foolproof....

After you cut your fudge, you could also dip half of it into melted milk chocolate...like a chocolate dipped strawberry!

Boil Your Water In Parts of Wilkesboro Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at 12:33PM
The Town of Wilkesboro is issuing a boiled water advisory to the following areas of Town:
Beacon Ridge, Westwood Hills, Woodfield, Fletcher Street and Edgewood Road to the Visitors Center.
The town experienced a 12 inch water line break early this morning resulting in a loss of pressure for the above noted areas. When water pressure returns we are asking for residents to boil their water until further notice. The Town will be testing the water and once we are confident that the water is safe to drink we will inform the public of those results.
Also when water service is returned there may be very little pressure until permanent repairs are complete. We hope to have the system fully restored with 48 hours. If you have any questions please feel free to call Town Hall at 336-838-3951.

When you melt the chocolate, make sure there is no moisture in the bowl and microwave 30 seconds at a time and stir after each 30 seconds.. shouldn't take over 3 times....

We went to a holiday party that had something called strawberry fudge. The person who brought it said you just melt some white chocolate chips in the microwave and mix with strawberry icing. I tried this the other day and the chips turned brown and almost crystallized. It was not a success. Does anyone know how to make this? Is there an art to melting the chips in the microwave? I don't have a double boiler. This stuff was really good and I'd like to make it for a party next week.
