beef t*sticles, freshly cut

So far...alligator tail (tastes like chicken), raccoon burgers (too gamey), rattlesnake (also tastes like chicken), squirrel and rabbit. My father was a nut for trying \'new\' food and my mom didn\'t like cooking it soooo I always gave it a try. Almost anything is good if it\'s prepared right. I think it\'s more the IDEA of eating something weird that makes people say \"Ewwww\".

Stewed Pigs tongue. Laid right out on the plate. Tasted sort of like chicken gizzards.

Rattlesnake,Mountian Oysters,Deep fried pig ears.

Manudo, a Mexican and Southwestern type of stew. Was afraid to ak what was in it. Tripe I think. I do like Ramps though and am growing a plot in the woods behind th house.

I made a lot of homemade Soups and I would cook a large pot of Beef Bone Marrow.

My Brother cooked crawfish but I would not eat any.

A snake scares me more then anything on earth. I would rather have a man hold a gun to my head then a snake. I might talk that man out of shooting me, but I can;t talk that snake out of biting me!!!!

Groundhog cooked right is pretty tasty. It is a vegetarian, therefore pretty clean hog.

It was George h w b who eat the snake Im scared to death of any snake I could never eat one im to scared of any kind of a snake

Back when i was a teenager .Me and one of my friends run over a ground hog .We brought it back to the house clean it and eat it LOL.It wasn't to bad taste like chicken but we were wasted too

Charm...Might sound bad, but it is good. Just skin it out and roast it over a open fire or grill. Not all that much meat, but good.

Charm, did you eat the Snake after you cooked it?
