mines simple but tasty..

pound of ground chuck browned and drained

1 small to medium onion

1 bell pepper

you can use a can of cream of mushroom soup or you can use fresh mushrooms if you like

I prefer the soup myself.

let all this simmer

1 pkg of noodles cooked and drained, some folks prefer rice.

just before you serve, remove from heat and add 1 16 ounce container of sour cream to your meat mixture.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Like I said, simple but hearty...great with a crusty bread too!
