1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 pack of saltine crackers or ritz crackers smashed
2 eggs
1 small onion chopped
1 small block of sharp cheddar cheese grated
4 medium size squash grated. (good to use those over grown squash with this recipe)
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper

Mix all the above together. Put in a greased baking dish Sprinkle a handful of crushed crackers over the top and cook on 350 for 30 minutes or until topping is browned to your liking.
