Keeps up to 10 days, refrigerated.

1 c canola oil
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c catsup (I prefer Hunt's)
1 small to medium sweet onion. Finely chopped
1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
1 tsp salt

Combine oil and vinegar. Beat with electric mixer 3 to 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Beat well. Makes 2 cups of the best tomato dressing imaginable.
