I made the Rosemary Roasted Chicken w/ potatoes. It was very good. Although, I think I will alter it a bit next time. It calls for chicken w/ the bone. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Next time I will cut my chicken into smaller pieces (to get more coating of the seasonings) and my potatoes a bit smaller. Then, I will mix and bake in a baking bag to keep in more moisture.
I would highly recommend this. I was a bit weary because I don't like garlic, but the garlic was not strong at all. I can't wait to try others!

I make my Italian chicken a little different. I cut up the chicken breast, put them in a casserole dish, pour a bottle of Italian dressing over it, let it marinate overnight then cook it. Melt swiss cheese slices over top then prepare a box of Long Grain and Wild rice and layer on top of the chicken and cheese. It is so good that way. The rice tastes good with all the dressing and cheese.

I loved marinated grilled chicken and you can even do it in the oven.... Flatten the chicken breast and place in dish and pour a small bottle of zesty Italian dressing and 1 T lemon juice on it and let it marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight.... Baked potato and salad.... Yummy!!!!
