2 cups self rising flour (sifted)
1 cup butter softened
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup raisins
4 cups Special K cereal

Beat butter and sugar add eggs and vanilla and flour beat well.
Spoon in coconut, nuts, raisins.mix well with spoon
Stir in cereal

Drop by TBSP onto ungreased cookie sheet
Bake at 325 12 to 14 min or until brown
Yeild about 6 dozen cookies

This is a very good recipe. Good chewey cookies sort of like oatmeal raisin without the spices
