I made the sourdough pizza crust recipe off Bushman's web site link. I made them with half whole wheat and half bread flours and it was good!!

6 cups bread flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil
1 cup starter
1 1/2 cup hot water

Mix dry ingredients together. Add other ingredients and mix well. Put in oiled bowl and let rise overnight, covered. Punch down and knead well. Divide into three parts and put into loaf pans. Allow to rise for 3-4 hours, covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Butter top of each loaf when done.

You can also use this dough to make rolls by kneading and pulling off pieces of dough about as large as an egg, putting into a cake pan and allowing to rise for 3-4 hours, covered, and then baking the same as above.

This is my great grandmother's recipe.
