Bushman, could you use the frozen 1 or 2 pound bags of mixed vegetables instead of the canned corn and canned green beans?

Vegetable Beef Soup
1 stalk celery,chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 to 4 carrots, sliced
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushrooms
1 small can tomato paste
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck, browned and drained
(or ham cubes or leftover diced pork or beef roast)
salt and pepper
4 cups water
Put everything in large slow cooker and cook on high
for 6 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Note:
Some pots are 6 quarts, so you may have to reduce
this recipe if you have a smaller pot.
