Here are two that I make pretty often, and I get rave reviews!
Veggie Beef Soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or steak, cubed. 1 large bag of frozen mixed veggies or 3 cans 2 cans diced tomatoes 1-2 cartons beef broth 4 to 8 oz. noodles (optional) salt and pepper to taste
Brown the beef, then add all other ingredients to the pot. Add water if needed. Bring up to a boil, then turn down heat, cover the pot and let simmer for 1 hour.
Chicken Veggie Noodle Soup
2 cans white chicken 2 cartons chicken broth 2 cans mixed veggies 8 oz noodles of your choice salt and pepper to taste
place all the ingredients except the noodles into a large pot. Bring up to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer 20 minutes. Add noodles, simmer for 12 more minutes.
