can of peas and carrots
1/4 head of cabbage shredded
2 tbs sugar

one huge can of v8 or tomatoes in pot.
open kitchen cabinet and put everything in there you dont eat by itself...it is like putting your food you dont want for the mailman collections but in a pot to keep instead....no wrong or right.

You can make soup any way you want to but I am going to suggest using a large CAN of V8 veggie juice as your "soup" soo good.

I add a can of each veggie I have on the shelf and a can of diced tomatoes and a can of tomato sauce.
Add to cooked meat add water and simmer.
I like it kind of spicy so I also add some red pepper
