How about Reindeer Food...here are 2 recipes....one to give away to eat and another for the reindeer!
Magic Reindeer Food

Many families leave cookies and a glass of milk for Santa Claus. But what about his reindeer?

Sprinkle this food on your lawn at night,
The moon will make it sparkle bright.
As Santa's reindeer fly and roam,
This will guide them to your home.

Have a very merry Christmas!

Ingredients

2 cups of oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup red or green sugar crystals
1 cup each of love, hope and faith

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Sprinkle your magic reindeer food on your lawn on Christmas Eve after dusk.

Please do not use any non natural ingredients. These may harm birds and other animals looking for food during the cold winter days.

this one you can eat....

* 12 cups Crispix cereal
* 1 bag (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate or butterscotch chips
* 3/4 cup peanut butter
* 1 cup powdered sugar

In a very large pot over low heat, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat and add cereal, stirring gently to coat well. Add the powdered sugar, a bit at a time, and continue stirring until mixture is completely combined.

Spread pieces on a cookie sheet or other clean, flat surface, separating them so they don't stick together. Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.

Makes about 12 1-cup servings.

You're very welcome! It's a good idea to have a couple made for those "surprise" gifts that you need to give in a hurry also.

My friend gave me this for Christmas one year and it was precious!! She had a small basket with 2 coffee cups in it. Coffee cups are inexpensive at Dollar tree or Dollar General. Inside the cups you put a baggie with the following:

hot chocolate (enough for one cup)
mini marshmellos
one or two chocolate kisses
one candy cane
(I buy the hot chocolate that already has the mini marshmello's inside and use 1 packet for each cup)
On the outside of the baggie, attach a paper tag with this:

SNOWMAN SOUP
When it's so cold that
you hollar and whoop,
It's time to bring out
the Snowman Soup!
Pour the packet in a mug
add the snowballs too,
And throw in the kisses
from the Snowman to you!
Now fill with hot milk
and use the cane to stir it,
Sip slowly and soon you'll
feel the warm winter spirit!

Hope you enjoy this recipe!!
