thank you, when I searched for it all that came up were for goodwill burgers. I havent had a goodwill burger, are they the same thing?

Go to search bar at top right of page. Enter Smithy Burger and then search. A bunch of recipes for these will show up. You can also search Goodwill burgers and et another raft of the recipes. Happy heartburn!

Does any one have the meat recipe for Smitheys burgers, from Smitheys Cafe on the backstreet in Ashe?

I know the toppings (slaw, onion and mustard) but Im pretty sure they put something in the meat before cooking it.
