Sandra Lee on the Food Channel made this shrimp sauce the other day (see link below for full recipe including battered shrimp)

1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons Szechuan seasoning

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, heavy cream and Szechuan seasoning.

In a large bowl toss cooked shrimp in sauce until lightly coated.

anybody have a shrimp sauce recipe like the sauce you get in the Japanese restaurants?
